2nd National Conference on Infectious Disease Modeling

The 2nd Annual Meeting of the Modelling Network for Severe Infectious Diseases (MONID) will take place from 13 to 15 March 2024 at the Nationale Akademie der Naturwissenschaften Leopoldina in Halle (Saale).
This conference will once again provide a unique opportunity to exchange ideas with national as well as international researchers and other experts in the field of mathematical modelling of infectious diseases and related disciplines on the latest findings in these areas.
In addition to exciting presentations by renowned experts from the modelling community, there will be short presentations (elevator pitches) and poster presentations by MONID young scientists as well as networking opportunities to promote the exchange of ideas and collaboration.
We look forward to welcoming you to the “2nd National Conference on Infectious Disease Modelling 2024” in Halle an der Saale and to working together on the global epidemiological challenges.

Attendance fee:
- Participants of the listed modeling networks will be charged a fee of 25 € for attendance.
- Participants, who do not belong to one of the research consortiums, are not invited speakers or members of the scientific advisory board, will be charged a fee of 50 € for attendance.
