At the kick-off event, all scientists of the 13 involved institutions joined together for the first time in Halle to successfully launch the BMBF-funded modeling project. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

From 27 to 29 June 2022, more than 25 scientists met online and offline at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg to discuss the concrete implementation of the agent-based model being developed.<\/p>

The main focus of the kick-off event was to get to know each other, to present the six subprojects and their work packages in detail, and to identify common interfaces within the project. Engaging contributions and the basis for a lively exchange were also provided by three invited presentations from Scientific Advisory Board members as well as a joint session with four international experts from the Scientific Advisory Board. Furthermore, long and detailed discussion sessions were held with all participants as well as bilaterally to find the best future approach and to ensure a successful start into the modeling project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
